Dr. Elyssa Elman is a  Board Certified Family Doctor, born and raised in Montreal. She attended McGill University both for her Bachelor's of Science in Physiology, as well as Medical School. After completing her residency at St. Mary's Hospital, she opened up her own medical practice in 2010.

She later developed an interest in Metabolic Health, and went on to become a diplomate of the American Board of Obesity Medicine. Dr. Elman is also an associate professor in the Faculty of Medicine at McGill University. She is one of the co-founders of KixCare, a virtual pediatric health service. 

 

Dr. Elman is passionate about Preventative Medicine, and loves working with patients to use lifestyle changes to optimize their health. She is also interested in Women's Health as well as Mental Health. 

 

She is a wife, and mother to 2 great kids, and in her spare time, enjoys using her Peloton (and extolling the virtues of it!) and sculpting.
